Growing up as a country girl from Illinois, I received my B.S. and M.S. degrees in Agronomy and worked for over 10 years in agricultural research.  After several years, I experienced chemical sensitivities and increasing respiratory problems.  One day a friend introduced me to an herbal remedy that helped my allergies.

It didn’t take long before I started to feel better, and then I was “hooked”.  I loved working with plants so I dived into every book and class that I could find involving natural health.  I was interested in everything and couldn’t learn fast enough.  Before long I was feeling better than I had in a long time and I knew I had found my passion in life.  I chose to become a Traditional Naturopath, a teacher of Nature Cure.

Today I continue to work on my own health while sharing my knowledge of Nutrition, Homeopathics, Essential Oils, Herbs, Flower Essences and Organic Gardening.  Through education and experience I have learned that all chronic conditions and illnesses are linked to our digestion.  My role as a Digestive Specialist helps me  connect to individuals literally at a "Gut" level to help them overcome even the most daunting situations.

I am known as the local "Dr. Mom" and have found my true love in bringing plants and nature together with people.  It is what connects us to the earth, heals the body, the spirit, the mind and the soul, and brings us closer to God and our true nature.

A large part of who I am is a "Healer".  Adding both Reiki and ThetaHealing to my practice has made all the difference in the world for clients struggling with health, finances and relationships.  This added piece of healing work makes for a truly Holistic approach to health and wellness at every level; physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and energetically at the DNA level.

Energy healing is helping people Thrive in what appears to most as a world of trauma and uncertainty.  I am truly grateful to be able to offer a complete Holistic approach to wellness which reconnects clients to Source Energy and their higher self.  This is where you will find joy and harmony in your life.
